Group Tour Request Form

Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to Northeastern University! This is only a request form; your visit is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the Visitor Center team.

We welcome group tour requests for students in grades 9-12 from high schools, community-based organizations, or other groups of 10-50 visitors. The visit will consist of a 60-minute tour of campus led by our Husky Ambassador tour guides.

In order to request a visit, please review and acknowledge our policies below:

This registration form does not guarantee confirmation. A member of our team will be in contact with you regarding the status of your request. Due to the volume of requests we receive, it may take 3-5 business days before you hear from our team.
Group tours are only available Monday-Friday from 9 am-3 pm
Please arrange to arrive at the Visitor Center at least 15 minutes before your visit. Delays of more than 20 minutes may result in the cancellation of your visit.
We can accommodate groups between 10 and 50 students
Groups are required to have at least 1 chaperone for every 10 students and must be present with students at all times
Due to the high volume of visitors, group tours are limited in March and April
Request forms must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your visit
Our Husky Ambassadors and staff reserve the right to conclude the visit at any point due to misbehavior by a group
