Pre-CollEDGE Online Program Interest Form

Northeastern’s Accelerate Pre-College Programs is thrilled launch a portfolio of online, asynchronous academic programs for high school learners! Pre-CollEDGE academic programs provide high school students with foundational knowledge of key subject areas, as well as an overview of current applications, trends, and overall impact on business, industry, and society.

Each program is virtual, self-paced, and features automatic assessment, allowing you to learn when and where it works best for your schedule. The program’s academic content should take about four weeks to complete and provides around 4-6 hours of class content and study per week. In addition, participants will be invited to optional synchronous components of the program, such as a live faculty lecture and a curated tour of a campus facility.

Please note that the Introduction to Engineering with Coding course is accessible to a student with no coding background or a student with programming experience in a language other than Python; the content will be all review for a student who has taken 6 months or more of Python coding.

All students interested in a Pre-CollEDGE course should submit this form. Once students submit the form, they will receive an email with additional details on requirements to enroll, including completing course registration and a parent/guardian consent form. Registration is available until June 16.

Courses will be live and accessible for registered students from June 1-August 1, 2025.
